Salman Khan's 'love letter' got viral
An old letter written by Salman Khan is going viral on social media where he expressed his gratitude toward his fans after the success of 'Maine Pyaar Kiya'. The 1989 film also starred by Bhagyashree in a key role and was directed by Sooraj Barjatya.
Bollywood Bhaijan wrote this letter for whom? But was it a love letter? Yes, it is a love letter. But his lover was his ardent fans.
In the letter Salman Khan thanked his ardent fans who contributed immensely to the success of 'Maine Pyar Kiya'. Reportedly, the letter is said to be written four months after the film's release.
Overwhelmed by the reviews, Salman expressed his gratitude and wrote, 'Here is something I want you to know about me. Firstly, I have to thank you for accepting me and for being my fans. I am doing and concentrating on good scripts to the best of my judgement, because I know that whatever I do now will be compared to ‘Maine Pyaar Kiya’. So whenever you hear an announcement, rest assured that it is going to be a good film, and I am going to give it my 100 percent.'
Salman Khan added that, 'I love you all and I hope that you will keep on loving me because the day you stop loving me, you'll stop seeing my films, and that is the end of my career. Remember, you are the people who make people like us.'
Salman Khan recently announced a new movie, The name is 'Sikandar'. If everything goes well, it will be released on Eid 2025.
