Legendary singer Sabina Yasmin was admitted to a private hospital in the capital early on Saturday morning after her health worsened. Initially, she was placed in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), but her condition showed slight improvement, prompting a move to the High Dependency Unit (HDU).
The singer's daughter, Yasmeen Fairooz Badhon, confirmed the update to The media. On Friday, during the program "Amader Sabina Yasmin: Ami Achi Thakbo" at a five-star hotel in the capital, Sabina Yasmin fell ill while performing. She was quickly rushed to a hospital for treatment and was later discharged.
At the end of 2023, Sabina Yasmin had performed in multiple stage shows across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, Australia. She has not made any stage appearances since then.
