Interim Government to announce date of elections: Mirza Fakhrul

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said that the interim government will announce the date of elections after making necessary reforms.

He said this to the journalists after the meeting with the chief advisor Dr Yunus in the afternoon on Thursday (August 29).

BNP Secretary General said that the Chief Advisor had called for discussion. The discussion of about one and a half hours was very fruitful. The interim government will quickly bring the country back to normalcy and make necessary reforms and announce an election date.

Mirza Fakhrul said that the talks of the interim government with the political parties will continue. Through which the outline of the election will come out.
