Chief Adviser Meets Thai and Malaysian Prime Ministers

The Chief Adviser of the Interim Government, Dr. Muhammad Yunus, held meetings with the Prime Minister of Thailand, Paetongtarn Shinawatra, and the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Anwar Ibrahim.

Dr. Yunus met with them on Tuesday, January 21, during the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Switzerland.

This information was provided by the press wing of the Chief Adviser.

It has been reported that the Chief Adviser discussed various issues with the Prime Ministers of the two countries.

Earlier, on Monday, January 20, Dr. Yunus left Dhaka for Davos, Switzerland. He arrived in Switzerland at 5:20 PM Bangladesh time on Tuesday, January 21, and was welcomed by Bangladesh's Permanent Representative to Switzerland, Tareq Mohammad Ariful Islam.

The Chief Adviser is scheduled to return to the country on January 25 after a four-day official visit.
