Eid movies mean crowded theaters. This time was no exception. Five movies were released last Eid-ul-Azha. Among them, Shakib Khan starrer movie 'Toofan' is being discussed in all over the country.
The movie is produced by Raihan Rafi. Kolkata's Mimi Chakraborty and Bangladesh's Masuma Rahman Nabila have teamed up with Shakib in this movie. She returned to the screen after a long time through this movie.
'Toofan' is playing in more than 120 theaters across the country including Star Cineplex, Blockbuster Cinemas, Madhumita in Dhaka. On June 24, Shakib watched the movie sitting in the audience row at Sony Square branch of Star Cineplex. Chanchal Chowdhury, Nabila, Raihan Rafi and all the crew of the movie were with him.
Shakib spoke to the media about the movie. At that time, the actor said that if Toofan earns 100 crores, 25 crore is mine.
In this context, Shakib said, today I came to watch the movie. I was very much excited to seeing the movie. Special thanks to all the people of my country for so much love and support. If 'Toofan' earns 100 crores, I get 25 crores. And if it earns 200 crores, then 50 crores is mine.

It is known that 'Toofan' is based on the story of a gangster of the nineties. Shakib played the lead role in the movie. The movie is a joint production of Charki, Alpha-i and India's SVF.
Incidentally, apart from Shakib, Mimi, Nabila, Chanchal, Fazlur Rahman Babu, Shahiduzzaman Selim, Salahuddin Lavlu and Misha Sawdagor are also acting in the movie 'Toofan'.

The actor is in Australia to shoot for the film that will stream on Amazon Prime Video.
The Bluff
Set in the 19th-century Caribbean, The Bluff follows the story of a former pirate, essayed by Priyanka. Her character embarks on a journey to protect her family when the secrets of her past catch up with her. Shooting for the film will resume soon. The Bluff is produced by AGBO’s Anthony Russo, Joe Russo, Angela Russo-Otstot, and Michael Disco; Cinestar Pictures’ Cisely Saldana; and Mariel Saldana. This is Priyanka’s second collaboration with Prime Video after the web series Citadel. Season 2 of the series will go on floors next year.

Priyanka will soon be seen in Heads of State with Idris Elba and John Cena. She wrapped up shooting for the film before taking a break.
