Artist Mustafa Monowar on Life Support, Condition is Critical
Mustafa Monowar is a famous Bangladeshi painter and drama personality. He is seriously ill and is on life support at Capital's Square Hospital. The doctor said that his condition is critical.
Dr. Amy Trishita Saren, in charge of the critical care unit of Square Hospital, told the media that his condition is critical. No comments can be delivered at this time.
According to family sources of Mustafa Monowar, he is suffering from septic shock due to lung and blood infection. Apart from this, there are problems related to pneumonia, diabetes, Parkinson's, and high blood pressure. Treatment was also conducted in India but did not improve as expected. He was taken to the hospital again on September 4.
Incidentally, Mustafa Monowar is the son of the late poet Golam Mustafa.
Mustafa Monowar is an artist, theater director, and art researcher. In 2004, he was awarded the Ekushey Padak for his contribution to the arts.
