A delegation of BNP leaders, including the party's Secretary General, is scheduled to meet with Dr. Muhammad Yunus, the Chief Advisor of the interim government, today.
The meeting is expected to take place at 12:00 PM on Wednesday (April 16th) at the State Guest House Jamuna, which serves as the Chief Advisor's residence. The information was released by the BNP Chairperson's Press Wing on Tuesday (April 15th).
According to the Press Wing, the BNP Secretary General will lead the delegation during the meeting with the Chief Advisor.
Party leaders have indicated that discussions during Wednesday's meeting are likely to focus on a specific roadmap for the upcoming national elections and addressing any confusion surrounding the electoral process. They also aim to gain clarity on the government's intentions regarding the elections.
Additionally, the leaders intend to discuss the current political situation in the country. Furthermore, the BNP is also scheduled to hold a meeting with the National Consensus Commission on Thursday (April 17th) at 3:00 PM.
