Rock icon Shafin Ahmed's burial today

Shafin Ahmed, singer and band star of many popular songs including 'Chand Tara Surjo', 'Jala Jala', 'Firiye Dao', 'Fire Ele Na', 'Aaj Jonmodin Tomar'. He died of heart attack on July 25 at 6:50 AM Bangladesh time.

After the first funeral in the United States, his body was brought home on Monday (July 29). If all goes well, he will be buried today after the second funeral.

In this regard, Manam Ahmed, a member of Miles, said that Shafin Ahmed's funeral will be held today at Azad Mosque in Badjhur, at Gulshan. He will then be buried in his father's grave at the Banani graveyard.

He also said that Shafin's kulkhani will be held at Gulshan Community Mosque on August 2 (Friday) after Friday prayers. Shafin Ahmed's family and loved ones have asked everyone to pray for the repose of Shafin's soul.

Incidentally, in 1979, one of the most popular bands in Bangladesh, 'Miles', was formed. After some time, Shafin Ahmed and Hamin Ahmed joined in it. They presented many popular songs of Bangladesh.
