Earlier, two openers from Rangpur Riders had a good start after winning the toss. Rony Talukder crashed after scoring 24 runs off 17 balls, captain Shakib Al Hasan came to the pitch and scored 27 runs off 16 balls.
Rangpur secured the top place of the points table with 12 points in eight matches. On the other hand Chattogram is still among the top three teams with 10 points from five wins in eight matches.
